You might be unable to see the plug-in for SAS Marketing Optimization in the SAS Customer Intelligence workspace. The following error occurs in the SASMarketingOptimization6.3.log file:

NOTE: One or more missing close parentheses have been supplied for the %QKLEFT function. 
NOTE:(MO_CHECK_SETINIT) 19:30:25 o'clock    ) --- START' 

The error occurs when you use the MO_NOTE, MO_WARNING, and MO_ERROR macros, because these macros were changed to use the NLTIME. format. When the locale is set to EN_GB, SAS code is generated, which has the string o'clock in the time stamp. The apostrophe (') in the o'clock string looks like a single quotation mark (an unmatched quotation mark) to the SAS code.
